PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an appropriate scope for an application that executes processing associated with an external service.SOLUTION: An information processing system having a program for executing predetermined processing includes: first storage means of storing, for each application, flow information that defines program identification information and execution order, in association with application identification information and screen information; approval means of acquiring an approval token, on receipt of the application identification information and identification information of an external service, and storing the approval token, user identification information, and the application identification information, in association with each other, on second storage means; and processing execution means of executing the program in the execution order by use of the approval token, on receipt of information on electronic data specified in a screen displayed based on the screen information stored in association with the application identification information, to execute a series of processing. The approval means determines a scope of the approval token, on the basis of the flow information associated with the application identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
