Abstract:
To provide an information processor which can perform processing in a short time with simple constitution and an image information processor and an information processing method which can not only perform processing in a short time with simple constitution, but also obtain an object image of data in natural form.
Pixel cells PXx,y including photodiodes PD are arrayed in matrix on a semiconductor chip IC, each pixel cell diffuses input image information obtained by the photodiode PD by a resistance network to obtain image information having been diffused at two different time points t2 and t3, and an arithmetic part 18 computes their ratio.
