An IC chip 2 which is a bridge circuit has: an end point 22 which receives a packet by a PCIe bus 4 from a CPU 1; an address conversion circuit 24 which changes a destination address in the packet into an address corresponding to the destination address in the packet when the destination address of the packet received by the end point 22 is a predetermined address; and a route complex 25 which transmits the packet whose destination address is changed by the address conversion circuit 24 to an IC chip 3 by a PCIe bus 5.
