Abstract:
An information providing device including: an acquisition unit that in a facility that provides a service of exchanging a first battery with a precharged second battery, acquires first information indicating the preparation status of the second battery; and a providing unit that provides second information to a terminal device of a user, the second information is information for displaying, on a display unit of the terminal device, an image that selectively shows a facility selected from facilities in which the preparation status of the second battery is in a predetermined condition, and the providing unit selects the facility to be displayed by filtering, with predetermined terms, the facilities in which the preparation status of the second battery is in a predetermined condition.
