To actualize the information provision system which provides various information in real time when providing the information by using a receipt form and enables an issuer or receiver of the receipt form to freely select the information.

In this system, an information provider uses a terminal device 2 and transfers various information to be provided for the receiver of the receipt form to a receipt form issuing device 11 installed at the issuer of the receipt form through a data line DL. Then a terminal device 12 displays all of the various information on a display device 14. The issuer selects desired information to be provided for the receiver over a look at the display on the display device 14 by using a selecting device 15. Then the terminal device 12 displays only the information selected by the selecting device 15 on the display device 14. The receiver selects desired information over a look at the display on the display device 14 by using a selecting device 15. A register device 13 prints the information that the receiver desires to receive on the receipt form in addition to the original information of the receipt.
