In the order reception and order placement system constituted so that mutual communications is possible through a network between a server S at an order receiver side and various terminals T at the orderer sides, information recorded on various databases provided in the server S at a reception side is disclosed and inputted by access from the terminals T at the orderer sides. In such a case, the information disclosure/input restriction controller for the order reception and order placement system comprises: a hierarchy identification means s1 identifying the hierarchy of the orderer divided by the hierarchy in advance; and a disclosure/input restriction means s2 imposing restriction on the disclosure and input of information on receiving and placing the order provided for each hierarchy.
