Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information signal processor with which high-definition output data can be provided.
SOLUTION: The code information of N bits is applied to a sub-band analytic filter QMFa, the number of bits concerning the N bits of respective plural sub-bands in the state of dividing a frequency band to a sampling frequency into prescribed pieces is converted into the code information of K band-divided bits respectively in the relation of K≥M>N by a bit number converting part BNCD, the code information converted into the number of bits is synthesized by a sub-band synthesizing filter QMFc and finally, the code information of K or M bits in the relation of K≥M>N is provided.
