An information storage medium 1 includes a radio communication improvement sheet body 10 and a radio IC tag 20. The radio communication improvement sheet body 10 includes a first spacer 2, an auxiliary antenna 3, a second spacer 4 and a rear face conductor layer 5. The auxiliary antenna 3 is stuck to the second spacer 4 by a first adhesive 3a and the rear face conductor layer 5 is stuck to the second spacer 4 by a second adhesive 5a. A hole S is provided in the auxiliary antenna 3 so that a width W of the hole S is longer than lengths of long side portions 23a and 23b of a loop antenna 21a.
