This device is characterized in that it comprises a read-out part in which main data including audio data and/or video data is read out, and sub-data which is recorded by a separated bit stream from the main data, synchronized with the main data, and reproduced is read out, and a multiplexing part for multiplexing the main data and the sub-data read out by the read-out part and. Thereby, a plurality of bit streams can be read out and reproduced simultaneously.
