PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system which obtains an exposure rating of a certain specific geographical area and displays information based on the exposure rating.SOLUTION: The information system comprises: map display means 7 on a client device 3; signal triggering means 15 which captures requested map information, and triggers a segment frequency signal each time a particular specific segment is displayed on the client device; measuring means 19 which records the segment frequency signal for processing; signal processing means 23 which processes the received segment frequency signal to generate location data defined by the total number of impressions of the segment on the respective client devices; and rating means 37 which creates an exposure rating of a specific geographical area corresponding to the segment identifier determined from the signal, in consideration of the location data defined by the segment identifier and the total number of impressions of the segment corresponding to the segment identifier.
