Abstract:
To provide an information system which defines a holder of data to be a disabled children or his or her protector or guardian and, when a web application will use the data, requires of the web application to obtain consent from the disabled children or his or her protector or guardian who is the holder of the data.SOLUTION: The information system comprises applications and a disabled child DB. The disabled child DB is independently operated as a DB for sharing and storing all of data including records, separately from the applications used for day service, school, workplace, and so on. The ownership of the data stored in the DB is defined to belong to a disabled child himself or herself being an object person of the data or his or her protector or guardian, and each of the applications obtains consent from the disabled child himself or herself or his or her protector or guardian and then uses the data. Consent confirmation is performed by an arbitrary operation of the disabled child himself or herself or his or her protector or guardian by using communication means like a mail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
