PURPOSE: To enable an operator to know the operation conditions of train running directly to allow him cope with the operation of train accurately and speedily by sending a sending request to the corresponding train from an operation center when it is detected that the train has entered a specified route, and sending the operation information from the train to the operation center.
CONSTITUTION: Each train is provided with an operation information setting processing means 2 and a tranceiving means 3 as on-train means 1. The means 2 is provided with an input means 4 for inputting the operation information of the corresponding train, information analysis means 5, memory means 6 and a display means 7. An on-ground means 8 is provided with a train detection means 9, tranceiving means 10 and on-ground information setting processing means 11. The means 11 is provided with an input means 12 for inputting on-ground information inherent to the position where the means 8 is arranged, information analysys means 13, memory means 14 and display means 15. With the constitution, tranceiving of the operation information and on-ground information is carried out repeatedly while the corresponding train passes a communication range L of the tranceiving means 3, 10, and the operation information of train 51 running obtained is sent to a next station 53 and the like via a transmission means 16.
