PURPOSE: To obtain an information transmission system in a TDMA communication (time division multiple access communication) to be made possible to perform the transmission of various kinds of control information or the information other than control information, shortening the time occupied by a synchronizing burst.

CONSTITUTION: Control information or the information other than control information such as order information, a D channel of an ISDN is transmitted as continuous data or a packet by combining plural kinds of information as necessary, by performing a time division of a shared time slot provided on the data for control part of the synchronizing burst of a TDMA communication format by a burst unit. A header showing the kind of information can be added to pertinent information in these information to be transmitted.
