Abstract:
To provide an infrared gas analyzer with which, even when a dehumidified air obtained by cooling the atmospheric air is used as a reference gas, running costs are reduced by ensuring that no calibration error occurs.SOLUTION: Provided is an infrared gas analyzer for irradiating a measurement gas circulating inside a measurement cell 32 with an infrared ray, detecting the infrared absorption amount of a gas to be analyzed that is included in the measurement gas, and obtaining a concentration signal of the gas to be analyzed. The infrared gas analyzer is provided with a function to alternately supply a reference gas not including the gas to be analyzed and the measurement gas into the measurement cell 32 and compute a difference between a concentration signal of the measurement gas and a concentration signal of the reference gas, thereby removing a drift component as a zero-point difference, wherein only the measurement gas is continuously circulated inside the measurement cell 32 without using the reference gas and the zero calibration of the infrared gas analyzer is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
