Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform gate cut simply by not causing sinks, transfer defects and dirts on the molding, and also not causing the gate to remains. therein.
CONSTITUTION: A movable side mold 11 and a stationary side mold 12 are fixed on the platen of an infection molding machine. The movable side mold plate 13 is engraved with a cavity part 14, a gate part 15 and a runner part 16. A wire 20 is secured on a gate cut block inserted into the movable side mold plate 13 in a manner holding the gate part 15. An actuator rod is fastened on the bottom surface of the gate cut block 17.
