Abstract:
To provide an injection molding machine capable of suppressing an excessive retreat of a screw and preventing the pressure of a molding material at a tip portion of a cylinder from becoming a negative pressure.SOLUTION: An injection molding machine 1 comprises: an injection device 2 having a cylinder 20 provided with a nozzle 201 at a tip, a screw 21 advanceably/retreatably provided in the cylinder 20, for injecting a molding material stored in a tip portion of the cylinder 20 from the nozzle 201 by being advanced, and a pressure sensor 26 for detecting a pressure of the molding material at the tip portion; and a control device 3 for controlling the injection device 2. The control device 3 stops the screw 21 after retracting it when a detected pressure of the pressure sensor 26 reaches a threshold value or more while advancing the screw 21. The retreat of the screw includes at least three steps of retreat settings toward the stop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
