Abstract:

To provide a molding method which can uniformly disperse a reinforcing material into a base material alloy, at the time of molding a light metal alloy complex material.

At the time of injection-molding a molten metal by making a light alloy a semi-melting state, in which a solid phase and a liquid phase coexist and also, charging a porous pre-molding into an internal cavity part in a mold, at least one part of the average gap diameter of the pre-molding or the average grain diameter of the solid phase existing in the molten metal under the semi-melting state, is adjusted and set so that the average grain diameter of the solid phase is smaller than the average gap ratio of the pre- molding, and the molten metal is made to penetrate into the pre-molding.
