Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply and accurately embed an insert piece in a shoe sole at a prescribed position by injection molding.
CONSTITUTION: A dummy bottom mold 3 wherein an insert piece (b) is set to an insert chamber 31 is used to integrally perform the injection molding of an upper bottom (c) on the rear surface of an upper (a). Next, the dummy bottom mold 3 is replaced with a bottom mold 4 to integrally form a lower bottom (d) to the rear surfaces of the upper bottom (c) and the insert piece (b) by injection molding.
