Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding system in which an insert product can be accurately inserted with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An injection molding system comprises: a mirror surface member for reflecting an insert product which is held by insert product movement means; and insert position correction means. The insert position correction means calculates a positional deviation amount between the insert product and the insert movement means on the basis of an imaged image of the insert product which is reflected on the mirror surface member by the insert product imaging means, then corrects the insert position of the insert product into a mold on the basis of the positional deviation amount. Therefore, since only single imaging means for imaging the insert product is required, a configuration of the injection molding system is simplified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
