Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable judgments not dependent on human senses and improve accuracy by comparing a transparency of a water standing still, a contamination chromaticity of the water adhering to a sheet with a reference and judging a cleanness.
SOLUTION: A water 4 to be measured which is introduced from an introduction pipe 6 to a water reception tank 6 is subjected to sedimentation of a sediment-mixed foreign matter 8 at a bottom and suspension of a suspended matter, an oil on a water face. In this state, the water 4 slightly lower than a central part of the water reception tank 6 passes a coupling tube 5, and enters a measurement tank 7 while holding calm a running water formed to an overflow 10. The entering water 4 is subjected to sedimentation and suspension in the same manner as in the water reception tank 6. A light of a contamination chromaticity detection sensor 13 is shed onto a sheet 12 arranged on a water face and adhered to the water, so that a contamination chromaticity of the water face of the measurement tank 7 is measured. Moreover, a light of a transparency detection sensor 11 is reflected at a reflecting plate 9 through a transparent measurement block 15 and the water 4 to be measured, so that a transparency is measured by an intensity of the light returning to the sensor 11. A detection signal control device 14 compares measured values of both sensors with a reference value in a clean state, thereby judging a cleanness.
