PURPOSE: To provide the titled device which is compact and capable of securely performing molding, cooling and heating of a parison by a method wherein a rotary body is intermittently rotated reversely by 90° between a female mold for injection molding and a female mold for blow molding, and mold clamping is conducted by a male mold for injection molding and a male mold for blow molding which are attached to the rotary body.

CONSTITUTION: The rotary body 11 is supported in a support 9 slidably fitted to a tie bar 8 in such a manner that the body 11 can be intermittently rotated reversely by 90°, the male molds 14 for injection molding having passages for temperature-regulating cooling water are radially provided on two side surfaces of the body 11 and the male molds 16 having air blow-off ports 15 are radially provided on the other two surfaces of the body 11. Each pair of the male mold 14 for injection molding and the male mold 16 for blow molding which project in opposite directions can be engaged with the female mold 2 for injection molding and the female mold 16 for blow molding, respectively, to clamp the mold. Heaters 17, 17 provided on the support 9 are advanced and retracted in directions perpendicular to the mold clamping direction, and heat the parison P on the male mold 16 for blow molding.
