Abstract:
To provide an ink composition comprising quantum dots, optimal for an inkjet ink which achieves an excellent fluorescence quantum yield and bleed suppression and shows excellent dispersion stability of quantum dots and high discharging property, and a printed matter.SOLUTION: The ink composition comprises quantum dots (A) and a solvent (B). The quantum dots are semiconductor fine particles surface-treated with a treating agent represented by general formula (1) which is a thiol group-containing compound having a thiol group connected by a 2-valent to 6-valent connecting group comprising at least one species selected from the group consisting of an ether bond, an ester bond, a sulfide bond and a carbonyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
