PURPOSE: To provide an ink device capable of efficiently leveling the ink film on the peripheral surface of a form roller by simple constitution reduced in the number of rollers as few as possible to obtain a printing surface free from density irregularity.

CONSTITUTION: An ink device has roller arrangement constituted of the form roller 2 arranged in contact with a printing plate so as to supply ink to the printing plate mounted on a plate cylinder 1, the ink cylider 3 or ink roller arranged in contact with the form roller on the upstream side of the form roller and the ink distributing roller 4 arranged in contact with the peripheral surface of the form roller at a position after the contact with the printing plate due to the rotation of the form roller but before the contact with the ink cylinder or ink roller. The ink distributing roller and the form roller or either one of them are provided in a reciprocally movable manner in the axial direction and a reciprocating means 10 reciprocally moving both rollers in the axial direction so that the contact parts of them are mutually rubbed is provided.
