Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink capable of recording images good in scratch resistance and good in discharge stability, an ink cartridge and inkjet recording method using the ink.SOLUTION: There is provided an ink for inkjet containing a pigment and carboxymethyl cellulose and having weight average molecular weight of the carboxymethyl cellulose of 250,000 or more. There is provided an ink cartridge having the ink and an ink accommodation part accommodating the ink. There is provided further an inkjet recording method for recording images on a recording medium by discharging the ink from an inkjet method recording head.SELECTED DRAWING: None
