PURPOSE: To perform multi-coloration by one head, by assembling printing mechanisms corresponding to a plurality of color components in one head.

CONSTITUTION: A head substrate 1 and vibration plates 2a, 2b both of which are made of glass are integrated by glass fusion bond to form an ink flowline system while the ink supplied from each ink tank is supplied to each of ink supply preparing chambers 3aW3d and allowed to fill each ink supply line 6, a pressure chamber 5 and each of nozzles 4aW4d. As mentioned above, it can be simply performed to form the ink supply preparing chambers 3aW3d to the head substrate 1 and, according to this process, not only the other ink flow line system formed to the vibration plates 2a, 2b but also the multi-color integrated head of a multi-nozzle can be fabricated by etching glass. By this method, the superposition of each color becomes easy and a small sized printer can also be produced because of the integrated structure.
