Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good printing by preventing the vibration of an ink head caused by the vibration which is generated by the bending movement of an ink tube guide when printing is performed by an ink jet system.
SOLUTION: In an ink jet printer having an ink head 132 performing printing by an ink jet system while moving on recording paper, a holding means arranged separated from and independently of the ink head 132 and moved in synchronous relation to the movement of the ink head 132, the bendable and movable ink tube 118 connected to the ink head 132 to supply ink to the ink head 132 and the bendable and movable ink tube holding member holding the ink tube 118, the ink tube holding member is supported on a holding means and, with the movement of the holding means moved in synchronous relation to the movement of the ink head 132, the ink tube 118 and the ink tube support means holding the ink tube are bent to move.
