Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive ink jet head reducing variations of ink jet characteristics.
Diaphragms 7 and laminated piezoelectric elements 12 are positioned and assembled, and a housing 11 and a laminated piezoelectric element fixing plate 13 are constructed to have a gap without being fixed. In bonding the diaphragm and the laminated piezoelectric element, a preliminarily bonded front end set and a laminated piezoelectric element set are prepared. At this time, an opening 16 of the housing is set to form the gap.
