Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate various troubles due to temperature rise by displaying a first alarm when the temperature detected before start of recording is within a first temperature region and displaying a second alarm when the temperature detected during recording operation enters into a second temperature region higher than the first temperature region.
CONSTITUTION: The imaging system comprises a recording system unit 100, a controller unit 200, a paper feed unit 300, a flap 400, a display panel 500, a stacker 700, a drain tank 800, a pocket 900, etc., and an image is recorded on a recording material using a recording head which jets ink droplets according to a data. A temperature sensor is also provided and when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor before start of recording is within a first temperature region, a print start command is rejected. When the temperature detected by the temperature sensor during the recording operation enters into a second temperature region higher than the first temperature region, the recording operation is interrupted and an abnormal temperature error is displayed.
