A matter to be printed 22 is taken out from on a conveyor 24 with a pickup arm 21, and transferred to before a recording head 1 along a guide 23. Further, a turning table 16 is arranged at an terminal end of the guide 23, and the matter to be printed 22 is mounted on the turning table 16. When the matter to be printed 22 is mounted on the turning table 16, a clutch 10 is connected, and the turning table 16 is rotated. Printing starts with a printing start signal from a work sensor 31, and completed by ending of printing print contents inputted from a keyboard panel 4 on the matter to be printed 22. When the printing is completed, the clutch turns off, rotation of the turning table 16 is stopped, the clutch turns on, the pickup arm 21 starts rotation, and the matter to be printed 22 returns to a conveyor 29 along a guide 28.
