To provide an ink liquid mixing device further improved from a conventional or a preceding ink liquid mixing device, excellent in a mixing capacity of surface-floating materials, requiring short time for setup, hard to cause liquid splashing and having less involvement of contamination of bubbles.
The ink liquid mixing device has at least a raw ink material component mixing tank, a discharge port provided to the lower part in the tank, a liquid ejection port for the ejection liquid provided at the upper part, a pressure feed means for pressurizing the ejection liquid for sending the liquid to the ejection port, and a liquid circulating means for recirculating the unfinished mixed liquid extracted from the discharge port to use it at least as a part of the ejection liquid, wherein the mixing device has a plate-like body positioned above the liquid face of the mixed liquid in the tank, the ejection port is provided to the ejection nozzle which ejects the ejection liquid in the mixed liquid in the tank to form water currents in the tank, with the ejection nozzle integrated into the plate-like body.
