Abstract:
To reduce a time, paper and ink required for warming up by promoting the warming of a printing machine, while reducing the using amount of the paper and ink by shortening working time at the replacement of an ink type as well.
The ink transferred to the blanket of the printing machine is transferred to a doctor roller contacting the blanket, and a doctor blade recovers the ink transferred to the doctor roller. The scraped ink is recovered and returned to an inkpot manually or a pump and fed to the printing machine again while the recovered ink may be kept for using for the next warming up.
