To enable the uniformity of a liquid droplet amount being discharged by each nozzle of an inkjet head to be ensured without electrically performing the discharge adjustment.
This inkjet head 4 has a head unit 40 which discharges ink droplets 20 from a nozzle 17 communicating with a pressure chamber 42 by applying a pressure. The head unit 40 performs a process based on the measurement result of the discharging amount of ink droplets 20a which are discharged from an already manufactured nozzle of an already manufactured head unit of the same structure by a prototype. In the head unit 40, the discharging amount of ink droplets 20b which are discharged from the nozzle 17 is made a specified amount by changing the cross sectional area of a feeding flow passage 43.
