Title:
INKJET RECORDING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004188651
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide equipment using a one-inch head, which enhances reliability against a fall of ink in a dried-out state at a rise in temperature and a fall of an ink drop due to a temperature change during storage by increasing the quantity of the ink infilled into a liquid chamber at head deforming recovery.

Vacuum suction is performed after the liquid chamber and a buffer tank are heated by a heating means. After that, during cooling, a filling factor of ink is increased because the ink is further introduced by air shrinkage in the liquid chamber, and a reduction in the volume of gas brings about an improvement in reliability against a failure caused by air expansion. Additionally, a head heater or a drying and fixing warm air mechanism is utilized as the heating means.
