Abstract:

To make it possible to make high image quality and high reliability compatible, to remove a possibility of clogging of a nozzle with a foreign substance mixed from outside or a deposit or the like from an ink, to perform a stable feeding of the ink even when a high speed printing is performed, and to ensure a delivering stability during printing.

In an inkjet recording apparatus wherein the ink comprising a coloring agent dispersed in water, a wetting agent, a surfactant and a penetrating agent is delivered from a head including a filter as a constituent, the inkjet recording apparatus is characterized by that the viscosity of the ink at 25°C is 6-13 mPa s, and a fluid resistance of the filter to the ink is in a range of 4.4×109 to 2.2×1010 Pa s/m3.
