Abstract:
To provide an inkjet recording device for a line head system which can obtain good images without streak irregularities and the like.
In the inkjet recording device which records by discharging ink from a discharge opening array, a line head with the discharge opening array is divided into a plurality of head blocks. The head blocks adjacent to each other have overlapping parts. Switching of recording head blocks is carried out at the overlapping parts. Moreover, the head blocks have different discharge opening intervals.
