Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce differences in image quality between front and back sides of a sheet in double-sided recording in an inkjet recording device that conveys a sheet while adherently holding the sheet.SOLUTION: For double-sided recording, discharge amount correction data for a front side of a sheet is read out from a RAM (S302). Next, the sheet is fed and conveyed to a fixed conveying portion, and ink is discharged according to recording data through recording heads C, M and Y respectively at discharge amounts corrected based on the discharge amount correction data for the front side, so as to perform recording (S303). After recording on the front side of the sheet is finished, the front and back sides of the sheet are reversed and then the sheet is conveyed to the fixed conveying portion (S304). Subsequently, the discharge amount correction data for the back side is read out from the RAM (S305). Then, the sheet is conveyed to the fixed conveying portion, and ink is discharged according to the recording data through the recording heads C, M and Y respectively at discharge amounts corrected based on the discharge amount correction data for the back side, so as to perform recording (S306), and the sheet is discharged (S307).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
