At least on one surface of a supporting body, an under layer is installed which contains a pigment for the underlayer and a binding agent. On the surface of the under layer, an ink accepting layer is installed which contains a pigment for the ink accepting layer having a specific surface area of 100 m2/g or higher. The aspect ratio of the pigment for the under layer is 10 to 70 under a flat plate form, and also, the volume percentage for particles from 0.4 m to 4.2 m is 60% or higher. The ink accepting layer is installed in such a manner that a coating layer which is formed by applying a coating liquid for the ink accepting layer is pressed to a heated mirror surface while the surface of the coating layer is under a wet state, and dried.
