To provide an inner peripheral edge grinding wheel in which an effect deflecting a cutting direction is stably and long maintained.
This grinding wheel has a base metal 10 and an electrodeposition abrasive layer 12 formed at the inner peripheral edge. The electrodeposition abrasive layer 12 is formed by dispersing super-abrasive grain in a metal plating layer. When the width of the electrodeposition abrasive layer 12 in the base metal radial direction on the side of a first surface 10A of the base metal 10, the maximum thickness from the first surface 10A to the surface of the electrodeposition abrasive layer 12, the width of the electrodeposition abrasive layer 12 in the base metal radial direction on the side of the second surface 10B of the base metal 10, the maximum thickness from the second surface 10B to the surface of the electrodeposition abrasive layer 12 and the whole thickness of the electrodeposition abrasive layer 12 are determined for W1, T1, W2, T2 and T, respectively, the following relation is satisfied: 0.2mm≤W1≤4mm, W1×1.2≤W2≤W1×5, T2≥T×1/5, T1≥1.1×T2.
