To provide an inner rotor type magnet generator with a stator, capable of increasing the number of windings of a coil wound around teeth of the stator without enlarging an outer dimension of the stator and of preventing winding collapse of the coil.
A yoke portion 3 is constructed from a first yoke part 3c formed with a bolt tightening hole 3a and disposed at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction, and a second yoke portion 3d disposed between first yoke parts 3c. The teeth are constituted by the first teeth 41 integrally protruded from the first yoke part 3c respectively, and the second teeth which are integrally protruded from the second yoke portion 3d respectively and in which a protruding length in the diametrical direction is longer than that of the first teeth in the diametrical direction. The coil is constructed with the first coil 51 which is wound around the first teeth 41 by the predetermined number of windings, and the second coil 52 which is wound around the second teeth 42 by the number larger than the winding number of the first coil. The first coil 51 and the second coil 52 are wound in a trapezoid form of cross section, respectively.
