Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce abrasion on a cutter used at the time of pasting cloth by constituting the cutter such that a thin film layer formed out of pulp or inorganic powder body is lamination integrated onto the surface of a surface layer part formed out of mineral fiber or inorganic powder.
CONSTITUTION: A wet type mat comprising an inorganic base board is formed out of mineral fiber or inorganic foaming body and organic fiber, and the like by a wet type paper making process. Another wet type mat serving as a front layer part is formed out of mineral fiber and inorganic powder, and the like by a paper making process, and this mat is lamination integrated with the former mat to form an laminated mat. Furthermore a wet type sheet serving as a thin film layer is formed out of pulp and inorganic powder, and the like, and this sheet is compression integrated with the laminated mat. With such a constitution, abrasion of the cutting edge of a cutter can be reduced even if cutting is made thereby in pasting cloth.
