Title:
INORGANIC SOL AND INORGANIC FILM PREPARED FROM SAID SOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6183618
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an inorganic sol and an inorganic film having excellent toughness, flexibility and heat-resistance, and containing a freely swelling fluorine mica having specific chemical composition.

CONSTITUTION: The desired inorganic sol and the inorganic film prepared therefrom can be produced by using a freely swelling fluorine mica having the chemical composition of formula (Y is Mg2+ which may be substiuted partly with Li+, Fe2+, Ni2+, Mn2+, Al3+ or Fe3+) as a component. The average particle diameter of the fluorine mica is preferably 0.1W15μm, and the rotational viscosity of the inorganic sol is preferably ≥10cps. Preferably an organic polymer film having a 5% weight reduction temperature of ≥400°C is laminated to one surface of the inorganic film. The thickness ratio of the organic polymer film to the inorganic film is preferably 0.1W0.2.
