Transistors(TRs) Q1, Q2 configure a differential amplifier circuit and collectors of the TRs Q1, Q2 are connected to a node ND1 via resistive elements R1, R2 forming load circuits respectively. TRs Q3, Q4 configure a current mirror, an emitter of the TR Q3 is connected to the node ND1, and an emitter of the TR Q4 is connected to ground via a resistive reception R3. A voltage of the emitter of the TR Q4 and the node ND1 is kept to a prescribed level at all times independently of a power supply voltage Vcc by supplying a conversely proportional to a resistance of the resistive element of a collector of the TR Q4 and then an output signal free from dependence of the power supply voltage Vcc is obtained.
