PURPOSE: To simplify production processes and reduce the thickness of the entire part by forming sensor terminals to the glass of a liquid crystal display device.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device 40 is provided with segment display electrodes 43 on a lower glass substrate 44, and a common electrode 45 on a cover glass substrate 46, wherein all the electrodes are collected at the lead terminal 49 on the bottom surface of the substrate 44 and are connected to a circuit substrate 30 by means of a connector 51. There is a hole 61 in the central part of the substrate 46, and a transparent electrode 62 equivalent to the common electrode 45 is vapor-deposited and is led out onto the surface of the substrate 46. The touch input of a central sensor terminal 64 is connected to the substrate 30 by a means similar to the electrode 45. The lead wire 71 of a surcumferential sensor 72 is constituted of a material similar to that of the transparent electrode 62 of the central sensor.
