PURPOSE: To obtain accurate map information by synthesizing map information and input information and outputting the synthesized information.
CONSTITUTION: An order number and the number of a corresponding map are inputted on a typewriter 1 and they are stored in a document file 41 by a processor 5. Position coordinate data on a delivery destination point on the corresponding map placed on a tablet 2 are inputted to the processor 5, which stores them in the document file 41 as well. When an operator inputs the corresponding order number to the processor 5 during output processing, the processor 5 reads data in a record having the order number coincident with the input order number out of the document file 41 and transfers them to a video editing memory 10. An image synthesizing device 15 perform video editing operation so that the map data are arranged at the map position 34 of an output document 31.
