Title:
INPUT PROTECTIVE CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3434747
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the trigger voltage of the snap back of an n-type MOSFET used in an input protective circuit without breaking a protective element itself.
SOLUTION: An input protective circuit is provided with an n-type MOSFET 1 the drain D of which is connected to an input terminal Vin for an internal element, and the source S of which is connected to a ground GND together with a substrate B and a first diode row 2 which are successively connected in series between the input terminal Vin and ground GND. In addition, the gate G of the MOSFET 1 is connected to a junction N1 which divides the first diode row 2 into tow parts.
