From the identified electronic form data, both an identical tag and a synonymous tag are searched. Based on a search result of the identical tag and the synonymous tag, a common items input form is created and submitted. The contents inputted on the submitted common items in put form are reflected, and input on the input section of the electronic form specified by the user is completed.
