Abstract:

To provide an insect repellent or insecticidal article which is hardly susceptible to the environmental change in use, particularly the amount of vaporization due to the presence or absence of exposure of the surface of the insect repellent or insecticidal article to the wind (air current), the wind velocity and wind volume and the like, vaporizes the insect repellent or insecticidal component at a constant vaporization rate, and can be effectively and stably used in a desired period.

The insect repellent or insecticidal article is obtained by sealing and housing an insect repellent or insecticidal sheet holding a vaporizable insect repellent or insecticidal component having vapor pressure of 1×10-5 mmHg or higher on a porous sheet base material such as kraft paper in a bag constituted of a 10-100 μm-thick polyolefin resin film.
