Abstract:
To provide an insert detachable holder which can supply a coolant in a reliable manner even in a cutting tool including a narrow tool tip part.SOLUTION: An insert detachable holder 10 includes a holder body 20 and a nozzle member 30. The holder body 20 includes: an attachment seat 22 which is provided at the upper side in a vertical direction Z at a tip part 20s and to which an insert 100 can be attached; and a connection surface 28 which is provided at the lower side in the vertical direction Z at the tip part 20s and is connected with the nozzle member 30. The nozzle member 30 includes: an attachment surface 32 which is attached to the connection surface 28; a nozzle inner passage part which is provided within the nozzle member 30 and forms a coolant passage; and an ejection port 36 which communicates with the nozzle inner passage part and jets the coolant in the nozzle inner passage part to the outside. The connection surface 28 inclines from the upper side to the lower side in the vertical direction Z relative to a surface orthogonal to a tool axis direction X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
