Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely insert an insert product in a molded product or the semi- molded product of a hollow molded product while deforming the same.
CONSTITUTION: In an insert method, by automatically inserting an insert product chucked in a state curved into arc shape by a suction member 52 or deformed by a taper guide to be reduced in its diameter in a molded product 31, an insert molded product having no problem even from a sanitary aspect can be obtained without using labor.
