To provide an insole that has stiffness for preventing slippage inside a shoe to demonstrate stability, that can be materialized easily and at a low cost, and that contains a polypropylene based material in a laminated structure.
The insole includes a sheet-like member that becomes a bottom face layer and other sheet-like members that are laminated on the one to be the bottom face layer. In the insole, at least one layer of these layers of the sheet-like members contains polypropylene, and the peripheries of the layers of the sheet-like members are fixedly integrated with one another by welding. The sheet-like member to become the bottom face layer is woven from a textured yarn having a core sheath structure for which a core material is covered with a clad material in the periphery; the main component of the core material and of the clad material are all polypropylene, and the clad material has a lower melting point than the core material.
